To further a vision toward a reality.
The FMH Foundation was created to foster collaboration, innovation, creativity, excellence, synergy and development. To further the spirit of the Foundation’s founder, Florence Marie Hall, the giving of the Foundation will follow her principals of philanthropy:
- to foster a spirit of passionate quest for innovation and excellence;
- to provide stimulus for potential growth;
- to affect a positive impact on the lives of others; and
- to express appreciation to those deceased and those living.
In accordance with Miss Hall’s goals, the Foundation will seek opportunities to incubate and support programs, projects and activities in specific areas that demonstrate excellence, innovation, collaboration and multi-disciplinary approaches and operate in the Permian Basin.
F. Marie HallA quintessential West Texas lady with creative vision, Miss Hall was analytical and inquisitive when researching potential projects. Her passions were to “incubate and nurture the practice of excellence and innovation”.
FocusF. Marie Hall set forth the specific goals for the Foundation, which include incubating and supporting programs, projects and activities in the following areas of interest that demonstrate excellence, innovation, collaboration and multi-disciplinary approaches by making grants to public charitable organizations.
The FMH Foundation grant-making process is by invitation only. Organizations must be invited by the FMH Board to submit a grant proposal. Qualified organizations interested in submitting a grant request to the FMH Foundation must first submit a written inquiry.
